Effective as of 0001 Hours on June 11, 2016, by the order of the Third Space Lord, ADM Lord Sir John Roberts, KDE, OR, SC, Earl New Mecklenberg, it is my pleasure and privilege to announce the recommissioning of HMS Starcrest, DD-73. This is a Havoc-class Destroyer and is assigned to the Home Fleet (Cohes, NY).
