By my hand, and by the authority of and acting as proxy for the Sovereign, Queen of Manticore Elizabeth III, I am proud to announce the appointment of Chris Vicchitto (RMN-3699-16) as First Fleet Flag Lieutenant. Lieutenant Senior Grade Vicchitto, with all haste move to your new position and take up the duties as the Flag Lieutenant of the First Fleet Commander. In your new duties, continue to make Home Fleet proud!!

With this appointment, Spacer 3rd Class Christopher Vicchitto is brevetted to the rank of Lieutenant Senior Grade.
